Apple Time!

It's that time of year again that makes Blake so happy and me so sad because it is only a matter of time before the snow comes and we begin our yearly hibernation.  But I guess one good thing to come of fall (besides Halloween!) is that we get to head out to our favorite apple orchard and pick more apples than we consume in the months before hand.  Sophie has been to this orchard 3 years in a row.  I guess it is becoming sort of a tradition for us.  She had a great time...although she was not a big fan of the petting zoo.  I don't blame her. I was harassed by an aggressive cow looking for more feed that horned by butt one too many times. It also decided that it didn't care she was my child and nudged her out of the way to get to me.  So that was fun...and put a "I don't want to touch or be too close to any other animal" type of mood on the experience for her.  Overall, great day with beautiful weather that we all enjoyed!

Let the picking begin!
